Dolly Parton passes

 

Dolly Parton has died. This is difficult news.

The show she hosted will be this weekend.

Everyone who knows me, knows this is a difficult one.

Dolly Parton was a special guest on my show a few times. During one of them, she invited me to Dollywood–a fun place to visit!

During another, she asked who my most elusive interview was & at the time it was Yusuf/Cat Stevens. She knew him & made the interview happen–Cat’s first in America in the early 2000s.

She didn’t need to do that. That’s who she was.

Her laugh, her love for life & music–stays with you forever.

I will miss her.

The world will miss her.
